"My husband, Peter, did not have time to provide this feedback; so I have decided to do it instead.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but there are a couple of points I would like to make since you have asked. The greeting personnel could smile more and say thank you more before customer says thank you.
They could have made available wine bottle openers. The hotel manager lent us hers which was very nice, but we had to search around first at a grocery store which had sold out and then at the hotel for one.
Shower curtain was too narrow for the tub and so the water flooded the floor the first time we used it. After that we paid more attention to the fact.
The breakfast was a good value and the service was very good. The grounds were very attractive and well landscaped. The decor was new and clean and the room cozy. New bedspreads, curtains, and carpeting were fresh and appeared to be new.

"Unfortunately, the first room we were assigned to was ground level facing the I95 and the lock on the window was broken and not secure. The front desk was very agreeable to moving me to a second floor room facing the courtyard and the window had a working lock on it.
The only other "complaint", the bar exits to the courtyard. At 1:30 a.m. I finally called the front desk to ask at what time do the patrons in the courtyard get asked to leave since they were very loud. The front desk took care of the situation immediately."

"Tfhere were no surprises. Everything was as promised when we made reservations. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Service in the dining room was excellent. Andre, the host, made us feel very much at home. Please give him our regards. His wait staff was very solicitous. We enjoyed our stay. Wish it could have been longer"
