"I booked rather late and was happy to take more or less anything. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that I was on the concierge level. The bed was great, the extra pillows something I always want but seldom get. It was also very nice to have a complimentary breakfast which was much more than just coffee and a muffin and in a quiet comfortable lounge. More than I wanted to pay, but a nice value for the money."

"The room was so comfortable and each bed had 4 pillows!!! Very large desk for working, great coffee - I was really surprised. And room service was very fast. I was there for a conference and I would stay there again."
