"WHEN WE ARRIVED WE WERE TOLD THAT OUR RESERVATION WAS CANCEALED AND THAT THERE WERE NO VACANTCIES. THE POOR GIRL AT DESK WAS ABANDANT BY ALL THE MANAGERS AND THEY COULD NOT BE REACHED.WE WERE ABLE TO STAY ON THE THIRD FLOOR WITH NO CARPET IN THE HALLS AND OUR BEING THE ONLY ROOM READY. THE POOR GIRL WAS FRIGHTEN TO MAKE ANY DECISION FOR THAT ROOM. SHE DID VERY WELL FOR US,BUT IT WAS VERY POOR BUSINESS FOR THE MANAGER NOT TO SHOW HIS FACE!!!!!!!!!!!"

"This visit was a disaster. I arrived at the hotel with a confirmed reservation from freehotelsearch.com for a suite. They claimed that they no longer had a relationship with you and that the reservation was not valid. They did me a "favor" by giving me a standard room for the proce of the suite. I had to accept as this was a busy weekend in town and most other hotels were booked. The name of the hotel has been/is being changed to the "Venice Grand Hotel." The only thing "grand" about this shabby place is the price that you are charged for an ordinary room with few amenities and that is in poor condition."
