"The staff at the desk was very unhelpful and mostly unfriendly. Direct quote from one of them - "I hate it when people ask questions that I can't answer." However, the housekeeping staff was great as was the restaurant staff.
Our key cards needed to be reprogrammed nearly every day (we were there several days), and sometimes more than once a day.
We were in a room where the wallpaper was peeling off and dirty and the curtains filthy. The bed spread was very faded and old looking. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. But obviously, previous guests had smoked in that room and there was an ashtray. The bottom sheets were always off the mattress by the morning and the towels were very flimsy.
There were 2 floors of rooms and no elevator.
We couldn't wait to get out of there."

"We had no hot water when we checked in and the water was dirty brown. We could not shower until the next day. My wife and I were trying to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, we were disappointed."
