"The hotel room was filthy -- not cleaned at all after prior guest. Evident by feces in toilet bowl, Stained pillows and sheets, mildew in bathtub. Not vacuumed or dusted at all.
Room 303 was uninhabitable.
When finally cleaning service cared for the room -- while being observed.. we went sleep only to be woken up with a stranger in our room standing over our bed. After further investigation, it turned out to be a hotel employee who believed our room was vacant. The computer had us in room 327.....although we obviously had the key to let us in to room 303.
In addition, there was a used condom on the floor next to the bed.
This was my worst hotel experience. Unfortunately, all hotels in the area were completed booked becuase of the memorial and bikiers rally.
We managed to stay one night and immediately checked out at our first opportunity.
The management team was fully aware of all incidents and made no effort to upgrade or accomodate us. Their apologies appeared forced, not real."
