"We are not used to the area, and had a difficult time getting to the hotel, even using the GPS in our car. The signage was misleading. We were told upon arrival by the car attendant that the nearby construction causes problems. If the signage could be improved during construction it could help a lot. And, perhaps you could provide a warning and map to customers.
We had forgotten toothpaste, was told some would be sent up. After 1/2 hour I made a second call & it had been sent to the wrong room; a minor mistake, not too upsetting, but since you asked..."
