My only suggestions is to arrange with any on-line reservation program ( if possible) to forward you the informantion on types of beds requested. We are a family of four. Both of our children( son and daughter) are college age and go to school in the Boston/Central Mass. area.We live in Pennsylvania and try to visit the kids when every possible. When we book a hotel room we need three seperate beds one for my husband and me, one for our son and one for our daughter. We chose Embassy Hotel off line because the site listed a chose of beds. We chose the room offered with two doubles and a pull out sleeper couch. When we went to our room there was a king , one pull out couch. The hotel employee explained that web sites do not inform the hotel of the type of beds requested. Your employee did get us another room,with the three needed beds. We were impressed because your hotel was very busy on that day, and the staff was very accomadating! I also realize that this was not the fault of your hotel, but the web sites lack of disclosure, and I'm sure it would be difficult to request this of all the booking web sites out there. Again we were very nicely pleased with the hotel stay and thank you." Recommends the hotel to others?
