"Liked the info. handout sheets in the lobby, which contained driving directions to various points of interest (resturants, colleges, shopping, etc.) along with maps, should make this info. table more prominent and point out to customers at check-in.
Appreciated note with room key folder which pointed out local telephone exchanges for free calling for dial-up Internet use.
Would have been nice to have a phone combination white/yellow pages in the room instead of just the white pages."
