"i asked for a non smoking room and was put in a non smoking area, but someone took the liberty of smoking any way. I voiced my concern twice, once at night and once at 7:30 in the moring when it woke me. No offer was made to switch my room, no one commented if anything was done, no apology; in short no recourse was ever voiced."

"There was only one robe in the closet. I was with my husband. We didn't get bottled water the second day. Loved the bottled water idea, though. I could not cancel the alarm on the clock radio. My son who had a different room couldn't get it to work either. I had asked to have a room near my son's. When I arrived they did not have a record of this. The toilet paper in the bathroom was in a difficult location.
The beds were great and the bedding soft and attractive. The elevators were prompt unlike a lot of others I've used in other hotels. Parking was good as was the location. I would definitely stay there again. Great price."
