"The room did not come with a refrigerator or micorwave. The refrigerator had to be requested and a microwave was not available. These ammenities are available at most if not all Holiday Inn Express I expected them to be available here."

"This was my second time at Imperial Palace. My first stay was horrible that was 2 years ago. They made up of it this time. I had a wonderful view of the Gulf if didn't take long to check in. I called housekeeping for blankets and extra pillows and received them in about 15 minutes. Will definitely stay there again."
