"Room service ordered took 60-65 minutes to deliver breakfast instead of the 30-35 minutes promised- had to call and request food-apologized for delay stated that "your food was delivered to the wrong room". meal delivered without juice- juice brought at another call and request.
Called housekeeping and requested sheets to be changed due to brown crumbs ?? in the bed - sheets were not changed as requested.
Called and requested car from Valet at a certain time - car was not brought out at the time requested"
