"When I got to my room, there was no remote control. That was ok. Then, later on, when I went to use the bathroom, there was someone else's excrement in the toilet and no clean towels in the bathroom. This makes me wonder if my room was cleaned at all. The front desk person on duty (after being MIA for 15 minutes) comes in and flushes the toilet 5 times and then says, ok, everything is fine now. Well, in my opinion, it wasn't. He should have offered me a new room. Like I said, I didn't even know if my sheets were changed at this point. I felt dirty the whole time I was there."
