[ 1 review(s) ] Tasia from Prairieville, LA US stayed on November 10, 2005 "The people at the front desk were unfriendly and completely incompetent. I checked in and once I got to my room someone tried to get in thinking it was their room b/c they were assigned the same room as me. The next morning when I went to check out they said it appeared in the system that I was a no show. They could only print me a folio showing "no show" with the charges. I asked to get a fax showing that I had in fact showed up which I never received. I was visiting on company business and now cannot be reimbursed b/c I have no receipt and what I do have says no show so it appears that I never was there. When I call the hotel to get help I get a message saying everyone is busy and I hold for five minutes before getting disconnected. I am very dissatisfied and out $80 because of the incompetency of the staff and how poorly this hotel is being run." Recommends the hotel to others? No
