"Just FYI -- My mother, aunt and brother also stayed at this hotel during the same time in separate rooms. During check out, both my mother and aunt were asked if they used the safe; and because they had not, they were both refunded the safe deposit money. Neither my brother or I were asked that question when we checked out."

"Just FYI--My mother-in-law, sister-in-law and aunt also stayed at this hotel during the same time in separate rooms. During check out, both my mother-in-law and aunt were asked whether they used the safe and because neither had used it, they were offered a safe deposit refund. Neither my sister-in-law or I were asked this and should have also been offered the refund."
