"At Check I was never shown anything that indicated what the rate was for my room. The clerk typed into the computer handed me the key - I even had to ask which room I was in. At check, which was ealry in the morning, I wasn't given nor shown a copy of by room bill, no reciept. They did say they would mail it, we'll see. The front desk guy had pants on that were torn right down the crotch with his underwear painly visible. That should give you an indication on the help available. I will have to say that the hotel physically wasn't too bad."
