"In the first room I received the headboard was sitting against the wall, the fridge was dirty and the heater was not working. They did switch my room but there was not much in the way of customer service."

Located in the Ozark Mountain area, Howard Johnson is across from Factory Outlet Village and approximately 125 miles from the airport in Saint Louis.
