"I was glad that I had a copy of my confirmation because they tried to charge me more. Even after showing the lady my paper she tried to tell me that I still owed more money. After a discussion, she told me that she would let it go this time.
We had a big problem with the carpet being wet. It was a little wet when we got to the room but after using the toilet a few times it became really soaked. We told management but they said there was nothing they could do about it. (they would call someone tomorrow)
Also, the TV was messed up. Everything on the screen kept changing colors from purple to green. We mentioned that to the front desk and all they said was "that's the first we had heard of it"
We will never stay there again!"

"First of all, they tried charging me more for the room. I'm glad I had my confirmation papers with me. Even having those I had to argue with the lady.
The room was dirty. We could write our name on the furniture because the dust was that thick. The pillow cases had hairs on them and were dirty. We did get clean ones after 2 times calling front desk.
Also, the dresser was falling apart and there was cob webs hanging from the ceiling.
I will never stay there again!"
