"When I got to my room the bathroom was dirty, the floor was dirty and the toilet was dirty. I asked the desk clerk to send someone up to clean it up. It never happened. I finally had to buy some Lysol and clean it up myself. I asked the desk clerk for an iron and ironing board and extra pillows, he told me I had to come down to the desk to pick them up because he was the only one on duty, when I came down to pick up the items there were two people there. He tried to give me an iron that was completely black on the face from someone scorching it. I requested a better iron and he begrudgingly gave me another one. On the last part of my stay I was asked to move to another room because they were changing over the locks on the doors,we had been disburbed all the day before by the drills and the mess in the hallway of sawdust and boxes, there was no assistance in moving; however the room was slightly better and I would have appreciated being moved to a better room when I first complained about the dirty bathroom in my room. My first room also had a malfunctioning air conditioner. I had to open the window, which had a broken screen in it to get some comfort. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. We came to this hotel as a group and others had complaints, trouble and had to move to other rooms also because of malfunctioning toilets, etc.. I also want to mention that the coffee was watery and not satisfying at all. I tried to call Hotels X but was put on hold and no one ever came to the phone. I was calling to attempt to move to another of your hotels."

"The Beds were great but take your own shampoos if there are more than one traveling they only leave enough samples for one person."
