"Only problem we had was with the card key and door lock. Not sure if it was because they were new but we could never get in on the first try. Had to go down to the front desk a couple of times before the door would open. Staff even had to come up to help. Continental Breakfast looked good but there were so many people crowed around it we opted to go to a resaurant nereby."

"We stayed at this hotel last August and were extremley happy. The custome seveice was wonderful last August. This stay was very discouraging. The customer service was aweful. I had called to make reservations and the lady told me there was nothing available. I asked how that was when the computer said there was, she said it ws wrong and let me go. My husband went ahead and made the reservations and it went through so I called back and told the lady that it had gone through. She again said I don't know how that is since I have nothing at all. The lady then told me that since we did get through for reservations she would have to provide something for me.
When we got there Saturday there was not a crib in the room as we asked for. There was not any towels in the pool area for the kids and when I nicely asked the lady told me there were none and it would be awhile before they could provide some. The workers did not go an extra mile for us. AS I mentioned we enjoyed our last visit much more. We have reservations to go back in 3 weeks. I am hoping it goes better or we are going to start staying somewhere else."
