"Check in to the hotel was two hours and fifteen minutes past the scheduled check in date. Reservations where made in advance and the excuse was they were under staffed.
Interior pool area was not clean an smelled.
Ability of night manager / manangement to address distriburbance within the hotel late in the evening and early morning is a true representation of the inferior accomidations and management staff on hand at the hotel.
Upon check out management / superivisory staff were informed of the 3 hour disturbance of which lasted from 11:37 PM through 2:11 AM. Hotel allowed intoxicated individuals to leave establishment and venture into public. Staff did not acknowledge late check in or any attempt to correct problems within rank and file.
I would strongly encourage anyone NEVER to stay at this hotel. Even at a last resort I would encourage one to avoid this hotel at all costs."

"The staff was friendly and courteous. My criticism would be in regard to cleanliness, specifically two areas. When we arrived in the evening, a room service food tray from a previous guest was still outside our room, with left over food. It was obviously there for an extended period of time, as the items of food, etc. were spread out over the tray and the surrounding area. Secondly, when we got ready for bed, we noticed one of the sheets was not entirely clean. It was late, so we just reversed the sheet."

"The Canteen Bar and Grill has a commendable Chef. The food was incredible for the size of the town. We dined there twice!
