"1.We had a complaint about the buffet and were told we should have told them right then and not waited until we got up to our room.....we waiting because we didn't want to make the cooks feel bad.
2.The air conditioner didn't work and the guy that came to fix it was really scary!!
3.The cocktail waitresses were few and far between.
4.The only good things about the Gold Strike were the cafe & snack bar!"
