"At first they had us in a smoking room on the first floor, near the bar. It was small, smelled awful, and too close to the elevators on the ground floor. We immediately walked out and requested another room. They were extremely accomadating and gave us a lovely room. You might want to make your customers aware that some hotels at first might try something like that and they should speak up right away."

"Beds were extremely comfortable. The front desk was very accommodating with room changes. We were in a district USTA tennis tournament and different team members were coming and going. They made it very easy. Thank you."
