"After I confirmed my reservation the day before they still got it wrong the day of. They called me at 11pm at night during my stay to say they thought they gave me the wrong room. The pool never opened though it was supposed to be open from 9am to 9pm. Very noisy! One room had no towels. Overall, horrible experience."
