"Get new beds. The beds were very hard and extremley noisy as well as uncomfortable. The other guests at the "Motel" quality Hotel, were also noisy, and rude. The walls and especially bathrooms were disguisting and dirty,(mainly the tub/shower area ) and sheets on bed were not changed but put on Inside out!!! I will never stay at another Best Western again if this is the sort of Quality they provide. I have seen many Best Western Hotels including some in my own town which seem absolutely gorgeous. The management at the Desert Aire should defintely make more of an effort to keep the place up so that it does not look like it belongs in the Ghetto of a bad movie!!"
