"ALL THREE OF THE ICE MACHINES DID NOT WORK AT ALL DURING OUR STAY. I WENT TO THE RESTAURANT TO GET ICE - NEEDED TO KEEP MY MOM'S MEDICINE COLD.
THE ENTRANCE TO THE REGISTRATION DESK AND THE MANAGER'S OFFICE WAS LOVELY, WELL DECORATED, VERY CLEAN. THEY NEED TO PUT MORE DETAIL AND ATTENTION TO THE ROOMS THEMSELVES.
I WAS NOT "GREETED" OR "WELCOMED" WHEN I WENT IN TO REGISTER. IT SEEMED AS THOUGH I WAS AN INTRUSION. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THEIR BREAKFAST FOR THE NEXT MORNING THE YOUNG MAN SAID, "THAT IS WHAT THE COMP TICKETS YOU HAVE IN YOUR HAND ARE FOR.""
