"Based on my experience in staying at the Fairfield Inn during my previous three business trips to the Las Cruces area, I have already made reservations to return when I am on business again during the last week of October and the first week of November."

"During my most recent stay, the hotel was undergoing renovation: new carpet was being laid in the rooms. In spite of this distraction, the hotel staff and employees maintained their exemplary courteous and professional demeanor. The Housekeeping Staff provide excellent service; the Front Desk Receptionists are always courteous, friendly, and helpful; room reservations are always handled in a commendable manner. I travel to Las Cruces for business approximately four to five times per year, usually staying for a period of two weeks each trip. I will continue to select the Fairfield Inn as my first choice of lodging. Shortfalls: the guest washing machine has been inoperative for over one month, it needs to be repaired or replaced. Nonetheless, the staff has provided for alternative accommodations by coordinating the use of the guest laundry in the Country Suites and Inn, approximately one block away."
