"The room rate included Free Breakfast?, although we waited in line
about 20 min. then we were seated, waited anther 15minutes and still
we were not waited on, or even offered a glass of water? ? ? we
finally left and went to have breakfast at a nearby I-Hop."

"I wish they had refilled my regular coffee, I am not a decaf person and I sure missed my personal coffee on my second day of stay."

"THE ONLY COMPLAINT WE HAD WAS WITH THE RESTRAUNT THAT WE HAD VOUCHERS TO EAT BREAKFAST AT. THEY WERE SLOW TO WAIT ON YOU, AND NEVER WOULD BRING OUR CHANGE BACK TO US. THE BILL WAS ABOUT A COUPLE OF DOLLARS, AND WE GAVE THE WAITRESS A 20 DOLLAR BILL. SHE WAS GONE A FEW MINUTES, THEN CAME BACK AND TOLD US SHE DIDN'T HAVE ANY CHANGE AND SHE WOULD TRY TO FIND SOME. ABOUT 15 MINUTES LATER, SHE STILL HAD NOT COME BACK WITH OUR CHANGE, EVEN THOUGH SEVERAL CUSTOMERS HAD PAID IN THAT TIME. MY HUSBAND HAD TO GO FIND HER AND ASK AGAIN FOR HIS CHANGE. SHE SAID SHE STILL DID NOT HAVE ANY. HE GOT HIS 20 DOLLAR BILL BACK, AND TOLD HER SHE COULD PAY THE COUPLE OF DOLLARS, AND SHE COULD FORGET HER TIP, AND WE LEFT."

"Full breakfast was offered as a benefit of staying here. However, we found that when we went to eat the restaurant was packed and there were only two waitresses. After 40 minutes waiting to be served we left. and ate elsewhere."
