"The hot tub was full of little kids, i think some of the people at the pool, were the staff and their family."

"Many flies in the room. I went an bought some bug spray and that helped.
Some minor expense improvements would help a lot but they choose not do them. (Shower curtian rod, sticky toilet, etc.)
I made reservations 5 months in advance asking for downstairs and they still put me upstairs. I asked why and they told me others booked the downstairs rooms and stayed multiple days, yet the parking lot was less than half full and not many people around.
It is the only hotel to use if you want to occaionally walk over to the New Mexico Military Institute."

It's also a few blocks from the convention center, downtown area, Roswell Museum, and UFO Museum. Roswell Mall is two miles away, a wildlife refuge is 12 miles away, and Carlsbad Caverns is 75 miles from the hotel.
