"If you golf and have transportation, you will be fine. But this restaurant only serves breakfast. If you are hungry after breakfast and have no car, you starve (unless you like Pizza Hut). The "suite" was the same as any room in any other hotel. We called for laundry service, they couldn't help for three days (we were gone by then). We called for a massage, again they couldn't help us and promised to call back--they never called back. We reserved the room with one card, but when we checked in we gave them another card to charge--they billed the wrong card. It goes on and on. I am the President of a group that stays there twice a year. I plan to go to another hotel for our future meetings and will recommend so to the whole group because every experience I have had at Hawthorne is the same--bad."
