"Just about everything in the first room was broken or breaking. The toilet didn't work. We were transferred to another room and that was in similar condition. The toilet at least flushed, but ran all the time. The walls were so thin you could hear a casual conversation in the next room or the hallway. Pretty grim accomodations."
