"WE HAVE STAYED AT THIS MOTEL PLENTY OF TIMES AND THIS LAST TIME WAS THE WORST ROOM WE EXPERIENCED. THE AIR CONDITIONING DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY AND THE BEDS WERE VERY OLD AND LUMPY AND THE SHEETS WERE VERY PILLY. FOR THE PRICE IT'S NOT A BAD PLACE TO STAY BUT WE WILL BE MOVING ON TO OTHER PLACES AND WILL NOT STAY AT ARDSLEY ACRE AGAIN."
