"For two previous years running the hotel had a waffle maker, which was -- frankly -- a massive hit among guests. It has now been removed because it is not Hamption Inn "standard" kit. This is actually a mistake as this single, inexpensive and seemingly silly item was a disproportionate draw for people, especially people like us with kids. And, needless to say, the waffles were of very high quality. I know it sounds strange, but this is the main reason we returned to the hotel this year (after having listen to the kids talk about the waffles for a whole year), but alas the machine was not in place. Something you should think about making "standard". Sometimes the little things mean alot -- and this one does."
