"The walls were paper thin and outside noise could be easily heard. I recommend double pane windows and foam insulation in the walls. Room was otherwise well appointed but not luxurious. Beds were comfortable."

"We found that there was no working Ice Machine in the hotel.
The room heating/AC system was noisy; hard to control the temperature.
I We were fprced to open a window, with increased outside noise, to breathe comfortably."

Situated on the corner of East 50th Street and Third Avenue, Affinia 50 is four blocks east of Rockefeller Center and Saks Fifth Avenue and approximately eight miles from LaGuardia Airport. This location is also four blocks from Radio City Music Hall, five blocks from Broadway theaters, six blocks from the United Nations, eight blocks from Grand Central Terminal and the Museum of Modern Art, 12 blocks from Carnegie Hall, one mile from Times Square and the Empire State Building, two miles from Lincoln Center and Greenwich Village, 15 miles from John F. Kennedy International Airport, and 16 miles from Newark Liberty International Airport.
