"We have stayed at this hotel twice and would definitely go back. However, we wish there were hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothing or wet towels, more wash cloths. We love the contemporary decor, and the daily parking rate is so reasonable."

"The room was a bit small but OK for NYC. I really enjoyed the different decor. It was also very clean. The beds however were too small for two adults. I loved the duvets instead of the usual blankets. The room We chose this hotel to be close to relatives who live on the upper east side so it suited our needs perfectly."

"The front desk staff was terribly unhelpful. We did arrive in a snowstorm (perhaps an excuse) but they were unable to get us any transportation which left us standing on a street corner in a blizzard trying to flag our own cab.
the Continental breakfast was horrible and the '24 hour espresso bar' was almost humorous.
On a positive note, the room was clean and not run down. Was cheaper than most other NYC hotels, but next time I will pay the additional money for more convenience and better service."

"the only real downside was that there was not a coffee pot in my room nor a place to get little munchies. perhaps an honor basket of goodies would work in the library and coffee makers could be rented for 5 dollars a day (2 packs of coffee included.) thanks!"

"This is the second year I have chosen to stay at the Bentley. I am comfortable with the decor, the bed's sleep well, and both times I have had a nice view of the water and the city.
I especially like the morning bagel and tea on the roof top overlooking the city.
Terrific staff. Thank you for another memorable visit to NYC.
I'll be back.
