"The location is really good. It is not far from the subway, and surroundings like Chelsea, Times Square, the Village and Soho are all within walking distance (depending on how keen you are on walking). The customer service was friendly and helpful. Our room had a toilet, shower, fridge and a safe that was very useful.
The hotel is a bit shabby which was a bit disappointing, because we had read that it was renovated. Our room (like sheets, towels, toilet/shower) was clean, but toilet and shower needed renovation. The room had a filthy, unfresh carpet. Also the reception and hotel corridor needed renovation.
Since we were on holiday and did not intend to spend time in the room, the stay was OK. But I would recommend a friend to look for an other hotel. Isn't it possible to get a better room for that money in New York?"

"The room size was smaller than expected for 2 adults and one kid as requested. In its description on the web it was written that it contained "two twin beds". We Europeans are not familiar with your beds naming convention (twin-queen-king ???), so I recommend to insert within the description also the beds width in cm and/or in."
