"We drove to NYC. We pulled in front of the hotel and there to met us was a guy named Jimmy. He made everything so easy guiding us through on what do with a smile and made us feel so welcome. In a matter of minutes we were checking in. Jimmy was friendly at all times answering all our questions with a smile. We feel like we made a friend. Thanks to Doubletree employees who were very pleasant at all times. If you want to be where the action is stay at Doubletree...we certainly would stay there again. The rooms was very nice and we sleep like a rock. Judy and Eddie"

"The location in the heart of Times Square was fantastic. The suite was roomy enough for two adults and two teens. Everything we needed was close, the subway, theater district, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay again."

"It's the best location for New York City tourists and Broadway show fans. Access is a little inconvenient, but it's such a great spot, you put up with it. We've stayed here 3 times. The suites handle our family of four very nicely."

"We were pleasantly surprised to find how convenient the Doubletree is to the diamond district, the theater district, and to Rockefeller plaza. Then, to top it off, there is this lovely little restaurant just around the corner on 46th street called Rosie O'Grady's whose gourmet cuisine is to die for!"

"Staying in New York with my two kids, aged 15 and 9, was both fun and challenging. The Suites offered enough privacy when we all needed a break from each other. The kitchen facility was helpful for kids that want their milk when they wake up - not a half hour later! Our stay on the 39th floor gave us a quieter visit, which was also pleasant, than we expected for the Times Square neighborhood."

"On our last day, we noticed a bloody something above the bathroom door (outside) it was so gross! for the amount of money we paid, it should have been looked over with a special light. My husband got stuck in the elevator, on the 34th floor, for a 1/2 hour, and the whole time, we kept thinking the wire was going to snap, we were terrified. I think they should have said, your next stay here is on the house. For as big as the hotel is, I think they could have done that. Jason Voigt, NY, NY"
