"Staff upon arrival were not particularly helpful - Ie We were told quite bluntly that we were too early for check-in and we had to ask to find out that we could put our luggage in a locker. They were not busy so I feel they could have been friendlier and more welcoming. Others were friendly however.The information person was not bright and therefore not very reiable in helping with tickets and airport travel arrangements. One elevator was out of order necessitating a lot of stair climbing -- not a problem for us but could be for many. For us the hotel was fine, very convenient and very beautiful. "Breakfast" was minimal -- a choice of muffins and coffee no juice or fruit. rooms are not large but adequate and clean. We did enjoy our stay."

"The lobby, hallways and rooms need to be renovated.Elevators are old and need to be replaced.The ACs in the room were very old and noisy. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I slept very well."
