"We had one of the renovated rooms which was really nicely decorated. We were also upgraded to a suite for no extra cost which was a nice touch. The room was small but for the price and location it is to be expected, but it was comfortable nevertheless. One thing we did need and missed was a fridge. Our biggest quibble was with the water heating. It took nearly 10 minutes for the hot water to get through the pipes which did not make for a pleasant shower. The staff were very friendly and the location wo the subway and to shops, theater and museums was great."

"Appreciate being placed on a renovated floor. Only concern is that we had a non-smoking room and smelled like smoke. Need to have equipment to remove smoke from rooms. Staff very accommodating with services offered."
