Even though most rooms face a brick wall, it makes for a quiet stay in a generally noisy city. Bagels and coffee for breakfast were both fresh and plentiful. The lift did break down when we were there and that made for a long walk one morning to climb back up to our 8th floor room! Also the heating didn't work, but they did bring us a portable oil heater which kept us cosy.This hotel was in a great location - right between Times Square and Central Park. Couldn't ask for a better spot!" Recommends the hotel to others? Yes
