"Great location for all the shopping,shows etc.
Within 10 minute walk from eveything.
not the greatest staff on the front desk, very unhelpful.
And at all costs DONT USE THE PHONE IN YOUR ROOM..we were charged $16 for a 30second call to ireland, but when i asked the cashier to provide details for the call he cancelled the charges in full ..!!!

"I don't recommend this hotel to eurpean people because we expect more polite hotel people and better service. The clearners lost a pyjamas for us. The hotel people refused to help us to book a airport transfers since we already had bought tickets from the airport.But I can really recommend the freehotelsearch service who very kindly helped us with reservation - with the correct prize also."
