"Staff from check in to check out (front desk, concierge, bellman) excellant. Usually hard to get bellman to pick up or deliver luggage within 20 mins. They came fast coming and going. Room needs work, plumbing handles don't work, luggage rack position doesn't allow walking around bed, frong door doesn't close."
