"This hotel was wonderful. We had never stayed here but gave it a try. I would continue to stay here any time I visited New York City. It was a wonderful experience and the staff was exceptional. I loved every moment of our stay."

"The hotel has recently been renovated and it looks good, but the shower plumbing is a nightmare. The controls are electronic and don't necessarily work right away when you seek to run the water for a bath. This can be quite frustrating when you are in a hurry to meet someone or make an appointment. The lobby area is small, but if you are looking for an affordable hotel in Midtown Manhattan this is OK. Not the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and not the best either."
