"The hotel was in a great spot for first timers in New York, the draw backs where only caused by the building work being carried out,it would have been lovely to have had a bar/snack restaurant and dinning area for convenience,the tour guide leaflets should have been more readily available in the lobby,also more attention should be paid to people arriving from abroad, asking about Cabs/trains/airport returns /and ice availability which we found on the day we left! But i will recommend friends,excellent position and hopefully completion of Building works!!!!!!Thanks for a good time!"
