"They kept us waiting over an hour afer check in-and offered nothing to compensate. We needed an additional roll-away bed and they comped it but not until 7 different people tried to charge for it. Really, they should have comped the parking. We were unable to freshen up before going out."

"As Brits travelling to New York we found the use of the Executive Lounge great. We met so many people who were very friendly and gave us great tips on how to enjoy New York. The hotel is in a exellent location and staff could not be more helpful.A great hotel and we will certainly use it again."
