"the location was great. we didn't know there was a pool. this was wonderful for the kids. the best was the free parking. i will stay here again."

"We made a reservation through a resevations office somewhere in US( double room with 2 seperate beds; this reservation was confirmed in writing. At arrival after a long flight from Europe , we were informed by a certain mr Jaleem ( at the recption desk) in a very unfriendly way, that , first of all , the hotel was fully booked and that he had only a room with one bed! He informed us further that, in case we would have any complaint, we would have to talk to the people of the reservations office and not to him. After exercising pressure we eventually got our double room with 2 separate beds as was confirmed in our reservation. A very unpolite and non-hospitable approach"

"Very convenient place to stay. Good staff and very courteous. Great housekeeping. Convenient location for theatre district and free self parking and easy access from Lincolnn Tunnel and West side highway make this place bargain and a prize!! We will stay at the Travel Inn again. No major frills (except the uniquely good parking situation), but very convenient and totally satisfactory and totally accomodating."

"Dear Robert Aaron,
Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I will be back. Only one thing, the shower water was cold on one morning, but it was corrected eventually.
The parking is a good perk at your hotel, and I especially appreciated the in and out privilages.

"Suggestions:
Soundproofing of the rooms would be an advantage. Trucks and busses outside were extremely loud and woke us up betwen 6 and 7am.
Also, a tea kettle/coffee in the room would be a great convenience as there is no restaurant in the hotel."
