"Shower curtain was moldy. Bathroom faucet had sludge behind it. There was food & garbage under the bed. The ceiling was stained & the comforter was torn. I have never stayed at a trashier hotel in all my travels. On a final note: Your 100% satisfaction guarantee is a bad joke. It is obvious that the Radisson Hotel chain is trying to get the greatest profits with little or no regard for there customers."

"The hotel was clean appearing but very dirty. I had to reclean the bathroom when I arrived because of the numerous hair in the bathroom and dried snot on the blanket. During my four days there I had to get someone from housekeeping to push in my bed because it was off the frame and the housekeeper allowed it to stick out so that I could have tripped over it. They never replaced the tissues in 3 days even though I left the top off to show them it was empty. There was no extra toilette paper put in the bathroom. When we were waiting for our ride one day, my husband was sitting in an armchair in the lobby and dropped his change. He removed the cushion to retrieve the 4 quarters and the filfth within the cushion was repulsive. No one has ever cleaned or vacuumed that couch or chair! There was a black out for a few hours during our stay and the staff was very accommodating during that. Someone needs to reevaluate the housekeeping staff and their training because the hotel can be OK but not until it cleans up!"
