Tried to get some air freshner. We asked to be moved to a different room. But they said that there was no other room available. Found the substance (2) on the floor with ashes. My two kids could not handle the odor so we opened the door. That did not work. I had a headache from the smell. Not a good experience." Recommends the hotel to others?
