One day while we were there our room wasn't cleaned so the trash was overflowing a bit, etc. I'm not sure why it happened. We had our do not disturb sign on in the morning, but when we left the room and took it off the door the housekeeping was before our room, when we returned, they were past our room, but our room was untouched. Also I wasn't very happy with the fact that when someone came to the hotel and asked what room we were in, they were told, and came up to our room, and our called our room. The staff may want to consider the fact that some people may not be wanted." Recommends the hotel to others? Yes
