"THE TWO GENTLEMEN THAT HELPED ME, I BELIEVE THEY WERE RYAN AND BRIAN WERE WONDERFUL. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HAPPY TO ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING I WOULD SAY IS THAT THE COFFEE POT WAS NOT CLEANED IN OUR ROOM AND I HAD TO WASH IT BEFORE I COULE USE IT"
