"I booked two rooms at this hotel for 4 adults totals (2 each room). When checking in, one room was $59.95 (+ tax) per our reservation and one was $39.95 (+ tax) (corporate rate) per our reservation but they tried to charge up $59.95 (+ tax) for each. When we finally got that cleared up, we went to our (small) rooms to shower for the wedding that we needed to get to in Hubbard, OH. There was only 1 bath towel in each room. When I went down to get an additional towel, the maid was refusing to give me one because not all the room were clean yet and the clean towels she had were for those rooms. I informed her that we checked in to each room with 2 adults and we better be receiving a second towel now. After argueing back and forth (with her 4-5 year old daughter in the laundry room with her) she finally gave me the 2 additional towlels. There were no amenities. The breakfast was just small donuts and bagels. No toast, juice, etc. Never again!!!"

"We have stayed in Microtels before in Tennessee. They were nice. I will never stay in this location again. The first room given to us the a/c did not work and there was only 1 towel for showers. We were heading to a wedding in Hubbard with other relatives staying at this hotel and only 1 of us had a chance to shower due to the aggravation of no a/c in the first room and then having to get another room, move all our items and see if the second a/c worked. The second room also only had 1 towel. We had aggravation with the maid to get another towel. So we took 2 off the cart in the hall. Ridiculous not to have 2 bath towels in a room. Standard procedure is 2 adults in a room. The a/c in the second room did work. The rooms were a lot smaller than the rooms in the Microtels in Tennessee. We were not happy at all."
